Todd Wolleman Re-elected as Chairman of JBT

New York: The Jewelers Board of Trade (JBT) has re-elected Todd Wolleman as chairman for another year, the industry organization said.

Wolleman of New York-based colored-stone specialist Leo Wolleman, was first voted in a year ago and received backing for a second term at meetings in February and March, the JBT said Monday.

Following the elections, Michael Kaplan of New York’s Rocket Jewelry Box will remain as first vice chairman, while Ann Arnold of Arnold Advisory Group in Norwood, New Jersey, will stay on as second vice chairman. Kaplan was also re-elected to the JBT board for a two-year term.

Anthony Capuano, meanwhile, remains president and is also serving as treasurer. Brenda Pimentel has been re-elected as secretary.

The following people have been newly elected to the JBT board for a two-year term:

Jeffery Corey of H. E. Murdock Company, Waterville, Maine; Michael Pelto of Jewelers Mutual Insurance Company, Neenah, Wisconsin; Richard Seufert of HSBC Bank USA, Rehoboth, Massachusetts.

Along with Kaplan, the following people were re-elected to the JBT board for a two-year term: Danielle Ingwer Cohen of Leo Ingwer Inc., New York; Brian Fleming of Carla Corporation, East Providence, Rhode Island; Kevin Green of Seiko Corporation of America, Mahwah, New Jersey; Richard Katz of Richline Group, Mount Vernon, New York; Avi Raz of A & Z Pearls, Los Angeles; Pinny Rubin of Quality Gold, Fairfield, Ohio.
