Magnificent Jewels and Noble Jewels: Part I, Geneva

Sotheby’s opens Magnificent Jewels and Noble Jewels: Part I will be open for bidding from 16–24 June, offering a broad selection of jewelry dating from the 19th century through to the present day and featuring spectacular jewels from the world’s most renowned jewelry houses, such as Cartier, Suzanne Belperron, René Boivin and Hemmerle. Extraordinary gemstones and diamonds of outstanding quality will also be presented. 6 Days Bidding would end and auction would be on 24 June 2020, Geneva!

 

The Auction will led by Sterlé, Black Sapphire and Diamond Brooch! Designed as a flying bird, the body set with a cabochon black sapphire, the neck composed of gold beads and the wings of textured gold, highlighted with brilliant-cut diamonds, signed Sterlé, numbered, French assay marks for gold and platinum.

 

Alongside Magnificent Jewels and Noble Jewels: Part I, highlights will be on view from 20–23 June for Magnificent Jewels and Noble Jewels: Part II by appointment only at Sotheby’s.
