Artisan awards 2019 announced

In an attempt to encourage jewellery designers GJEPC has invited participation from all established and budding designers across the nation to bring out the best of their designs and present on or before December 20, 2018. The key object of the GJEPC is to promote highest levels of artistry, innovation and individuality among Indian jewellery designers.

 

Recognising and rewarding the best in jewellery design. The Artisan celebrates the highest levels of artistry, innovation and individuality, elevating jewellery designers to their rightful status of artists. The Artisan jewellery Design Awards 2019 invites India's finest jewellery designers to push their design boundaries and reveal their utmost creativity and skill by showcasing world class pieces by keeping the theme 2019 in mind.

The theme for 2019 is to explore the mysteries of galaxies and universes known and unknown. Delve into the majestic auras of stars, moons, planets and suns. Revel in the magic of blazing meteors and comets; of sparkling constellations. Surrender to the mysticism of astronomy, runes, wizardry and more.

 

Winning The Artisan Award will catapult the designer's status within the jewellery industry and amongst discerning buyers; pushing them to the forefront and raising their profile as a force to be reckoned with!

The brightest stars within the given three categories of the Enchanted Cosmos will receive nomination

 

Categories for nomination are, 1: Rings or Pendants, 2: Brooch & Pins & 3: Earrings or Bracelets. Artisans have to submit their sketch from any of the categories and that to be reached on or before December 20, 2018.By the dead line, jury comprising of eminent personalities from the world of jewellery, fashion, media and films evaluated over expected 800 entries for the inaugural edition of the Artisan Awards.

 

According to the GJEPC, the jury for the artisan awards 2019 will be announced soon.
