Visitor’s flooded UGJIS 2018!
The show concludes today!
Shri Fatechand Ranka, Managing Director, Ranka Jewellers Private Limited and Shri K Srinivasan, Managing Director, Emerald Jewel Industry India Limited had opened up the show to run through June 16 & up to 18, 2018 & to conclude today!
UGJIS 2018 spread in 30,000 sq ft at Auto Cluster Exhibition & Convention Centre, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune. UGJIS encourages trade within the gem and jewellery group and is an exclusive B2B show and not open to the general public.
the show is being pushed to a new scale. That a notable visitors right from the day I & that continued. Initially exhibitors & organisers, both had estimated a footfalls of 15K. Literally one can say visitors were flooded in the edition of the show! According to the organisers, about 15K trade visitors’ would visit the show till that conclude!
Numbers of trade associations also visited the show from Maharashtra & related State like Karnataka & Goa. Subhash Parui of Gems & Jewellery Workshop Owners Association –GJWA, also visited with the delegates of 25 key players & that included, gemmologists, CAD, CAM designers, Artisans, Karigars & rest players who supports in jewellery crafting including C.A.
They are visiting since the first show. Key objective of the delegation was to stay updated, explore Maharashtra’s potentials & to offer best from Mumbai market.
According to the announcement made by organiser, the show next would be in the month of April 2019 & it is most likely that they could change the venue. Because of a growing numbers of exhibitors, that could not accommodate at the ongoing venue. Indeed organisers wish to offer a best hospitality & ground facilities to both exhibitors & visitors!
