Update 2: The All India Gem & Jewellery Domestic Council (GJC), formerly known as All India Gems & Jewellery Trade Federation (GJF), organised Manthan Gems & Jewellery Conclave 2018 supported by World Gold Council and powered by GIA on April 5- 6 in Mumbai.
Manthan Gems & Jewellery Conclave 2018 was inaugurated by BJP leaders Shahnawaz Hussain in the presence of Nitin Khandelwal (Chairman, GJC), Mr. Anantha Padmanaban (Vice Chairman, GJC), Mr. Manoj Kumar Jha (Convenor-Manthan, GJC) and Mr. Shaankar Sen (Jt. Convenor-Manthan, GJC) and BJP leader Girish Vyas.
The keynote speakers for Manthan 2018 included Shri Saurav Ganguly (legendary cricketer), Industrialists Shri Suresh Narayanan (CMD, Nestle), Shri Vivek Chaand Sehgal (Chairman Motherson Sumi Systems), Shri Shriprakash Shukla (Mahindra & Mahindra group), Sudhanshu Mittal (Director, Nasscom), M. P. Ahammed (Chairman).
More over lists are Asher O. (MD, Malabar Gold & Diamond, Ramesh (Deloitte), Shivanshu Mehta (MCX), K Rajagopalan (RAI), Rahil Ansari (Audi), Anurag Tyagi (Christian Dior), Nirupa Bhatt (MD-India and Middle East, GIA) and other speakers along with top jewellers such as Malabar Gold & Diamond, TBZ Ltd., Ganjam, Senco, Minawala, Danabhai, Popley, Huzoorilal, Amrapali, Bluestone, Kiran Gems, NAC, Farah Ali Khan, GIA, Chintamanis, Kamakhya, etc.
There were fashion showings in the evening by Swarovski where Mughdha Godse walks the ramp for Swarovski at GJC's Manthan Gems & Jewellery Conclave 2018, Kiran Gems & Kamakhya Jewels rock over the ramp in the evening.
In the late evening session, Cricketer Saurav Ganguly attended Manthan Gems & Jewellery Conclave 2018. He was felicitated by Mr. Shaankar Sen (Jt. Convenor-Manthan, GJC and Chairman Senco Gold), Mr. Anantha Padmanaban (Vice Chairman, GJC), Mr. Manoj Kumar Jha (Convenor-Manthan, GJC) and Nitin Khandelwal (Chairman, GJC) at GJC's Manthan Gems & Jewellery Conclave 2018.
