Italian exhibition group at HK Jewellery Show

Trendvision Jewellery + Forecasting Seminar today!

The IEG Group will present 55 Italian and international exhibitors at its T.Gold International + Mets technology and machinery exposition, and look to the future through the Trendvision Jewellery + Forecasting trends observatory.

The Italian Exhibition Group (IEG) returns to Asia, where it will highlight state of the art technology and innovation in the jewellery and watch industries at this year's 35th edition of the Hong Kong International Jewellery Show, March 1-5, 2018.

Europe's leading jewellery trade show organiser will make it presence felt at the critically important Asian fair through two platforms - T.Gold International + Mets, an international exposition of machinery and technology for the gold jewellery, gem-set jewellery and watch sectors, and Trendvision Jewellery + Forecasting, the world's preeminent global jewellery, gemstone and watch trend observatory. Both are indelibly stamped with signature of VicenzaOro, the Jewellery Boutique Show, which in recent years has developed into the most important showcase for both Italian and international jewellery.

The T-Gold International + Mets exhibition once again unites T.Gold International, IEG's global brand for promoting new technology and manufacturing systems for the jewellery industry, together with Mets, the first professional show in Asia dedicated to innovation in technology and machinery for jewellery and watch-making, which is organized by HKJJA Exhibition Services Ltd.

This year's T-Gold International + Mets event will feature 55 international and Italian exhibitors in Hall 5b of the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre in Wanchai. Partnering the exhibition is A.F.E.M.O., the Italian Association of Jewellery Machinery Manufacturers and Exporters, whose members keep Italy at the vanguard of technological innovation in the jewellery manufacturing sector.

T.Gold International + Mets' return to Hong Kong comes on the heels of a most successful edition of the T.Gold Show for gold and jewellery processing technologies, which is organized each year by IEG during the VicenzaOro January fair in Vicenza, Italy. This year's event saw a more than 16% increase in the number of professional visitors attending, when compared to 2017, and a 20% rise in the number of exhibitors.

Trendvision Jewellery + Forecasting will be located in the Trend Area of the Hong Kong show, in Hall 3, Booth 3-CON-175 of the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre. Its stand will feature the TrendBook 2019+, which is the industry's most authoritative guide to trends and related consumer behaviour in the jewellery and luxury sectors.

The book interprets characterizing phenomena of the first 20 years of the new Millennium, and in particular the birth and development of a new "Digital Culture," its rapid spread across contemporary social networks, and the integration of the so-called "Parallel Reality," which involves a dialogue between online and offline cultures.

A not-to-be-missed event will be Trendvision's "What's Hot in Jewellery" seminar, presented by Paola De Luca, Trendvision Jewellery + Forecasting's Creative Director, which is scheduled on March 3, 2018. She will present new jewellery trends for 2018-2019, and will also discuss the influence of the latest technologies on jewellery production.

Following Hong Kong, the next appointment on IEG's jewellery agenda will be Oroarezzo, which will take place May 5-8, 2018 , in Arezzo, Italy.
