Mumbai: The Kiran Gems group has announced the restructuring of its operations which will include the creation of several separate and independent businesses in different countries.
In wake of the new restructuring some of Kiran's subsidiaries, namely Kiran Jewels Inc., Unique Design, SDIL, Prestige, which are from the USA and Kiran Export Hong Kong- from Hong Kong, will no longer remain parts of the Kiran Gems Private Limited.
This restructuring would technically end all the relations between the above-mentioned companies and Kiran Gems Pvt. Ltd, which continues to be De Beers Sightholder.
Post the restructuring, all entities would continue to function as normal independent businesses in their respective geographies.
