2019, a remarkable but, not a year to remember!

Blom, WFDB President inks as the industry is closing for the New Year holidays,
it is the right moment to reflect back on the past year and look forward to
what that future will bring us. 2019 certainly was a remarkable year but for
many, but not a year to remember.
There
have been major issues threatening the industry’s health. In the first place and
of prime importance is consumer sentiment. A year ago nobody really thought we
would take a hit from an upcoming U.S.-China trade war.
