Gold prices in India rose sharply on October 3, amid a rebound in the rates of the yellow metal in global markets. On MCX, gold futures prices rose as much as 1.3% or about ₹500 to ₹38,386 per 10 gram. Benchmark gold futures in Mumbai have jumped 22% this year and touched a record of 39,885 rupees per 10 grams in early September.

Mubri held 4th edition of World Meeting

From September 30th to October 2nd took place the Fourth World Meeting of the International Mubri - Mujeres Brillantes Association, whose main mission is to help women ( and most recently some men) to advance and develop in the jeweler sector through education, mentorship and networking. The chosen city was Cuenca, Ecuador, better known as World Heritage according to UNESCO.

The idea of bringing the Meeting to Latin America was to celebrate the progress made by the group since its creation in 2016 in Panama City. Since its creation the Meeting has already been held in Italy during the VicenzaOro Fair and in the last year in Madrid during the Madrid Joya Fair.

Coin set on sale from October 9 by US Mint

The United States Mint (Mint) will begin accepting orders for the 2019 America the Beautiful Quarters Circulating Coin Set (product code 19AC) on October 9 at noon EDT. The set is priced at $8.95.

The 2019-dated set includes ten circulating quarters, five from the Philadelphia Mint and five from the Denver Mint & is  with reverse (tails) designs honoring Lowell National Historical Park (Massachusetts), American Memorial Park (Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands), War in the Pacific National Historical Park (Guam), San Antonio Missions National Historical Park (Texas), and Frank Church River of No Return Wilderness (Idaho).

The ride incepted from three different locations Haji Ali, Ghatkopar & Goregaon till BKC in Mumbai. 450 riders participated enthusiastically in this event which included office employees accompanying with friends and families.
