C Vidyasagar Rao opens IJW To grow up to Mumbai Shopping Festival!

Chennamaneni Vidyasagar Rao, the Governor of Maharashtra opened up the first ever Indian Jewellers Week (IJW) in the presence of Raj Purohit, Member of the State Legislative Assembly, Mohit Kamboj, President, India Bullion and Jewelery Association (IBJA), Prithviraj Kothari, Vice President- IBJA, Corporator- MCGM, Corporator Akash Purohit, Ashish Chauhan, COO & MD-BSE, Surendra Mehta, National Secretary- IBJA & amid jewellers fraternity!
Since 2014, C Vidyasagar Rao is the governor of Maharashtra said it is sure that the show would attract jewellery players from pan India! Yet he emphasis upon more participation of female players in the jewellery business! Female are a big buyer of jewellery & therefore their activities should grow in the jewellery business!
The inaugurated show, IJW is scheduled to run untill October 07 across Zaveri Bazar is being organised by IBJA! Mohit Kamboj & his team are expecting to pull numbers of wholesellers from all over the India! Right in the first ever IJW about 150 players are showcasing all those jewellery which is a subject of market demand!
By considering, festive season is at latch, from Navratri & up to Diwali; New Year 2019 with fatty Indian wedding jewellery demand, regular demand for daily- lightweight jewellery is being considered! Yet, Major players of the show says, they are ready to cater customised too! It is expected footfalls of about 15K potential jewellery buyers!
The idea to organise such show at the shop place & in the market is to halt travelling & transportation of huge inventory of jewellery from one show to another jewellery show in various parts of India. By organising in the market is all about safety, can show more-n-whole of the range and inventory, handy artisans & bullion for immediate buying of raw materials & more to catch the buyer! By understanding the fascinating & glittering concept of IJW,C Vidyasagar Rao extended the concept & said to push such to be a Mumbai Shopping Festival to attract more tourists in the city Mumbai! Equally urged to pay & work to provide adequate working environment to Artisan-n-craftsmen!
At the juncture Mohit Kamboj said the market accommodates about 45K artisans-n-craftsmen in the Zaveri Bazar! Being a President Mohit Kamboj delivered a short introduction of the IBJA of 99 years and to celebrate its’ centenary in the 2019. Mohit said it is definite that the week would bring fantastic vibration in the market & the market would generate good revenue for the State & Union!
The inaugural also witnessed the officiating of the IJW Logo by the Governor & also an exhibitor’s guide! Before addressing jewellery fraternity & inauguralC Vidyasagar Rao offered his pray with his better half Vinoda to known Mumbadevi, goddess of the City Mumbai!
