Especially Design directions for 2019 unveiled by Paola De Luca from The Futurist Ltd. Every time Paola is contributing clear vision & trends that a step ahead! She revealed secrets of her Trend Book 2019. At this seminar she toughed too basic fundamental-n-features of trends by placing her points towards, ‘How do taste happens?’ ‘What is forecasting?’
She also focused Macro Trends. Paola focused 1: Neutralia-Gender neutralist, 2: Bio-balance & 3: Post references- The midult! Continues her perceptive discussion on the wave of contemporary jewellery trends and how the designs are getting similar for both men and women these days.
De facto Day II also gone well especially attendees who wish to ink trends-n-insights! Tanmay Shah, Imaginarium focused on Inventory less retail - Design, Make and Sell in the Digital World while under the heading, Jewellery is all about Romance and Design is Hope opened up by Shehzad Zaveri, Minawala while sharing his insights on Jewellery Design Trends in India for 2018.
Roopa Vohra talked about Thewa, dying wisdom, scope & market with her own journey yet she said, don't get caught up with the trends, try to keep up with what's necessary. Before Roopa, Dipendra Baoni of Lemon Design & Farah Ali Khan delivered.
Dipendra also moved up with with fundamentals, ‘How to create brand?’ He explained with Hill Cart tales. On the other hand Siddharth Sanghavi presented Cascadestar & made designing easy with the use of technology! Now a days technology is realising designs precisely with the designers imagination & idea!
Farah Ali Khan focused Branding. She said to the one point: Buyer. Just be clear about, who is your buyer, what is their taste-n-preferences, what they want, how do they influence! She focussed millennials behaviour that they lack brand loyalty. Branding with millennials need to focus most used words by millennials that is, 1: YOLO: You Only Live Once & 2: FOMO: Fear is missing out! This social anxiety is characterized by a desire to stay continually connected with what others are doing!
